Return/Warranty Policy
RPM Sound & Performance Return/Warranty Policy:
Returns will not be automatically approved nor refunded, the customer must send their return inquiry to info@rpmperformance.ca for approval. If a refund is confirmed for (1) of the (2) reasons under the accordion tab below, please allow 10 - 14 business days for the refund to be processed and money to show in your account.If a return is authorized, customers are responsible for shipping costs back to an Eastern or Western location in Canada. Once you have obtained a RMA #, please ensure it is attached to the box and you can take your package to the nearest courier service to send back to us.
In order to ensure you qualify for a return, please:
- Ensure the product properly fits your vehicle and/or application prior to purchasing. Fitment information as well as product descriptions are provided on each listing. If you’re unsure, expert technical assistance is available by contacting info@rpmperformance.ca.
- Retain all packaging in good condition.
- Retain a copy of your receipt/order confirmation.
Potential Basis for a Refund:
1. Warranty/Defective
Warranty returns will not be accepted without an authorization or RMA #. If there is a visible defect, please take images/videos and send them with your warranty inquiry to info@rpmperformance.caIf a product is sent in for warranty but there are no identifiable problems that fall under the warranty, the purchaser will cover all shipping costs back to themselves and will not receive a refund for the product.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Product being an unsuitable gift
- Buyers remorse (product not meeting customer expectations)
- Failing to confirm fitment prior to ordering
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God
- Product damage due to poor installation
- Product that has been operated beyond capacity
- Warranty does not cover the cost of removal of the product or return shipping costs
2. Complimentary Return/Refund
Under its sole discretion, RPM Sound & Performance may authorize a complimentary return for items that are uninstalled, unused and still in the original packaging. Requests must be sent to info@rpmperformance.caFull refund for product and shipping when:
- Buyer cancels an order and the order has not been fulfilled/shipped
- Seller shipped the wrong product
- Incorrect fitment and/or product information included in seller listing
