SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on orders totalling $500+ (CAD) excluding taxes. Orders $499 and less will be charged a flat rate of $30. Orders that necessitate truck freight, exceed 150 lbs, or are too large for standard courier services are not eligible for free shipping. In such cases, we will provide a shipping estimate for your approval before dispatching any products. 

Please note that our shipping services are exclusively available within Canada, covering the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Quebec.

Kindly be aware that shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland and Labrador is currently unavailable. Estimated shipping dates/delivery times can vary, please view our complete shipping policy HERE.

RETURNS

Returns and refunds are granted under  the following circumstances: (1) warranty or defective item, or (2) specific scenarios such as: cancellation by the buyer before fulfillment/shipping, incorrect product shipped by the seller, or inaccurate fitment/product information provided in the seller's listing.
